STRATEGIC COACHING

What Coaching looks like in your company…

Individualized coaching includes creating your goals and a plan for achieving them. We'll meet for two hours on Zoom for coaching each month - either in one hour segments or all at once - working together to keep your plans & vision on track. And we’ll always be ready changes.

Our time will include testing and trying coaching tools that support the implementation of your vision in real life. We'll create action items, build timelines, understand preferred outcomes, and remain accountable to that growth.

We'll also get to the heart of issues quickly, and we guaranteed you'll walk away feeling more confident about the steps ahead, and probably a lot lighter on your feet!

A day of coaching often includes a small group and some pre-work to get started in advance. We’ll prepare and agenda, and allow for participants to add to it, too. We’ll prioritize topics that need attention and resolution during our time together.

The goal is to walk away with exactly what you signed up for - insight, solutions, an action plan, project outline, deeper teamwork, or all of the above. Our expertise is wide and it’s always about people working together, building trust, and creating a feeling that “going above and beyond” feels great!

This option is perfect for reviewing key business initiatives, brainstorming creative solutions, sorting roles and responsibilities, planning a timeline with accountability, branding changes, or supporting managers of people to delegate and communicate with authority.

Yeah, we can do that!!
