Lori Giuttari
Owner and CEO
Lori partners with clients to develop and execute smart, effective growth strategies. As owner of Visual Thrive, she leads a team of top-tier talent that delivers great results that matter.
Her career spans government, nonprofit, education, and everything from micro businesses to global manufacturers.
While raising her children, Lori worked as a consultant advising manufacturers in the areas of international trade and environmental regulations. She then stepped into corporate leadership roles, including Global Marketing Director and Head of Communications for North America at a Fortune 500. She has advised executives at every level of business.
Born in Colombia, S.A., Lori’s passion for international work has led her to facilitate teams in over 22 countries.
Lori has been Coaching for more than 20 years, and launched her private practice after completing her Master Coach Certification in 2016. Visual Thrive is now a full-scale Fractional CMO service.
Lori is also a certified Power & PTSD Yoga Instructor, the proud mom of two amazing adults, and Nana to the world’s smartest grandson. ;-)
Lori and Melissa have worked together since 2012, and now partner to drive the strategic vision for Visual Thrive.
We work from the foundation of "family first," followed by strong values of integrity, trust, and excellence.

With over 17 years of experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives and creative multimedia campaigns, Melissa loves working with clients in all types of industries. Passionate about optimizing the customer journey, Melissa excels in brand development, digital marketing, and content strategy.
She leads Visual Thrive’s efforts to craft compelling marketing solutions that generate measurable growth for clients while managing a high-performing team of creatives and strategists.
Previously, Melissa made a significant impact at Upserve, contributing over $300K to the marketing pipeline and producing 150+ multimedia assets that supported the company’s rebranding, product launches, and customer engagement.
With expertise in strategic planning & operations, digital marketing, and team leadership, Melissa has a proven track record of delivering innovative, results-driven campaigns. She is committed to staying ahead of marketing trends and continuously mentoring her team to foster growth and excellence.
Outside of the marketing world, Melissa loves to adventure with her family and their puppy, Ruby.
